Guglielmino & Associates offers a number of time-tested and widely used assessment instruments for business and educational use.  They can be used to better understand learning preferences and to improve overall productivity. 

 


Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale (SDLRS). This is the most widely used research instrument of its kind in the world. The SDLRS is now offered in 17 languages and has a 25 year history of useage.

Learning Preference Assessment (LPA). This is a form of the SDLRS that can be used for workshop formats.  It is designed for immediate feedback. The LPA has a ten year history of usage.

Distance Learning Readiness Assessment (DLRA): This new instrument is specifically designed to measure an individual's readiness for e- learning. Please contact us if you have an interest in the DLRA and would like to participate in a field test. The only cost is $75 for scoring.

Management Skills Inventory (MSI): A quick way of helping an individual determine his or her managment skill needs.

PULSE: An Organizational Climate Survey. Managers can use this research tool to identify problem areas that may lead to lower productivity and worker dissatisfaction.
